We can work on retainer, by project, by the hour, or in some cases for an equity position. Joe is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business
Administration and Economics. His career includes diverse leadership roles from executive
management to business ownership.
Joe spent a decade working in metallurgy and manufacturing. For a world-wide aerospace
manufacturer he focused on development of international distribution channels mostly in Asia
and the Middle East. Seeking a career change that would allow him more time with his family he
spent the better part of another decade with the largest media organizations in the region
focusing on trade show management, print advertising, marketing, and business unit
With the arrival of the new millennium Joe was finally able to purchase his first business. This
technology and education based business had been poorly managed and needed strong leadership
and planning to return to profitability. This experience culminated with Joe becoming a business
management consultant with one of the largest firms in North America. During the next decade
he successfully guided numerous continuous improvement projects in a wide variety of
competitive industries.

Most recently Joe spent three years in the role of Business Advisor in the prestigious "Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. In this role Joe worked directly with with dozens of participants to ensure adequate absorption of course concepts; to create and implement an individualized growth plan; and in about 50% of cases assisted participants to become bankable and secure funding to support their growth initiatives. 

His expertise includes profit engineering and value mapping, KPI Analysis, continuous improvement, change management and strategic planning for small and medium sized businesses.
